Past Works
Every knife I make is designed and built to handle the stresses of its intended use, and most of the time, much more. Simultaneously, I strive to not merely make tools, but art as well. As my skill, vision, and portfolio of work grows, hopefully this will become more evident. Click on the pictures to enlarge them and for more information.

This blade was inspired by ancient Roman knives. Its a “San Mai” construction, consisting of home-smelted steel for the edge butt welded to some mild steel, then laminated with wrought iron.

Hello & Good Morning,
I really liked the Large Knife you had for sale on Blade Forums, it was the one you made for hard use with a over all length of 17”. Would you forge me one like that & what steel are you working with ? thanks, Tommy
Hi Tommy,
I used 5160 for that particular knife, and would be happy to make one like it for you.
I’ll send you an email so we can work out the details.
